Republican Primary – State Treasurer

Today I am hoping that Republican primary voters show that they can see through party connections to select a candidate who might actually be qualified for the office of State Treasurer by selecting Richard Ellis to represent the party on the November ballot.

There are other races where I have a preference, but no others that I could vote in.

  1. Admittedly, if my local voting judges saw me declare as a Republican, I,d lose serious face. However if I could vote, I’d take qualifations (Ellis) over political connections (Walker) any day. We’ll see how this all turns out.

    Best regards my friend.

  2. David says:

I hope the day never comes that people I know associate me with one party enough that they would not believe me if I switched my affiliation.

Thankfully experience won. And no matter what Walker says, I think it was experience that killed his chances and not the allegations of bribery.
